Q: If customer would like to use CityLink Telecom’s CityPhone and he/she has used other ISP’s internet connection, is it possible for him/her to have CityPhone to use?
A: No, those customers who use other ISP’s internet connection cannot use our CityPhone. They must change to CityLink’s internet connection in order to use CityPhone.
   
Q: How many meters of network cable that to be allowed to customer for free of charge for installation of CityPhone?
A: Maximum of 15 meters of network cable is provided for free for the installation of CityPhone, otherwise $1 per meter is subject to charge to customer.
   
Q: How long does it take for installing CityPhone for customer after customer signed the application form?
A: It must be 1 day after getting the application form with customer signature.
   
Q: How can customer get the bill they used our IP Phone service?
A: They will receive by mail which they provided to register at the first time.
   
 

 

Q: What is CityLink Telecom’s calling card?
A: It is the calling card for customer to make a phone call internationally other than in Cambodia.
   
Q: Which phone operators that can be used to make international phone call with our calling card?
A: With all kind of phone operators can be used with our calling card at anytime and anywhere customer wants to make international call.
   
Q: How to use the calling card?
A: Customer just uses their fixed or mobile phone to call to 023 866 866, then the instruction will be told. Select the preferred language and enter your 9 digits PIN number then press #. So that customer is able to make international call with their correct Country code, Area code, and telephone number and then
press #.
   
Q: What is the problem if customer hears nothing after dialing country code, area code and phone number?
A: Please make sure that customer dial correct country code, area code and phone number.
   
Q: Where to buy CityLink Telecom’s calling card?
A: Customer is able to buy calling card from CityLink HQ, CityLink Branch-PP, CityLink Branch-Siem Reap, CityLink Branch-Battam Bong, Phone Shop, Restaurants (included Korean Restaurants), Book Stores, gas stations (CALTEX), drinking shops, supermarts, and drinking shops…etc.
